NRTC
A control panel for commands during NRTC operation. The panel can be retrofitted to an existing control panel. As a standard feature, it comes with software for evaluating NRTC operation.
Auto Lubrication-oil Consumption Measurement System
Continuously measures oil consumption during engine operation. System now features shortened measuring time and higher measuring accuracy.
Automatic oil supply system
This system offers multiple methods for supplying oil, thereby permitting long hours of automatic operation. The Company also offers a variety of simple systems with limited options for how oil is supplied.
Inverter test table
This unit permits safe and efficient testing of automotive inverters. The unit externally controls internal equipment and relays measurement signals.
Coolant Conditioning equipment
This unit can perform temperature-control functions (heating and cooling) and flow-rate control on automotive inverters and a variety of other equipment that undergoes testing.
Oil temperature and flow regulator
Permits temperature and flow to be controlled in motors and a variety of other equipment that undergoes testing. In the case of flow control, signals fed back from the geared flow meter to the high-performance valve permit the flow to be brought back to the stable target value in a short time.
Weight type fuel consumption meter
This meter uses a high-precision load-cell scale to measure the engine’s fuel consumption by weight, permitting highly accurate measurement that is not influenced by ambient temperature or specific gravity.
Positive displacement flow meter
A high-precision, 4-piston positive displacement flow meter with functions for accurately measuring fluid flow over a broad range of flow rates, from low flows to high flows.
Crank-angle detector
In engine performance tests, detects the angle of crankshaft rotation with high precision.
Digital pressure gauge
Easy-to-handle, single-channel digital pressure gauge. Has an analog output terminal for connecting to devices such as recorders. A variety of detector options are available to match the pressure range to be measured.
LPF box
Simply reduces / eliminates pulsation of electric signal generated from noise and mechanical vibration
Throttle actuator
It is a device that coutrolls throttle degree.It is divided into a controller part and actuator part.
Shift actuator
Consisting of a controller and an actuator, this device serves to control automatic and manual transmissions of engines. The push-pull cable permits control at the target position.
Ultra-slow rotation dynamometer
This unit serves to measure the characteristics of EV and HEV motors in bench testing at extremely low RPMs.
Motoring system
This system drives non-ignition equipment that is undergoing testing, such as transmissions and automotive motors. Standard output is up to 37 kW, but higher outputs are also possible. Standard RPM range is up to 9,000 rpm (depending on gearbox), but higher RPMs are also possible.
CVT tester
This unit is for testing continuously variable transmissions. Oil pressure on the transmission side can also be controlled to adjust for the engine capacity.
Alarm monitoring panel
A device for remote monitoring of multiple automatic operation-data sampling systems, especially for the monitoring of alarms.
Wave-maker controller
Synthesizes sine waves to generate waves for use in modeling harbors, etc. Used in research on tsunamis and other phenomena.
Speedmeter tester
This tester can be used to inspect and calibrate locomotive speedmeters at rail yards.
Diesel rail-engine, in-motion performance verification device
When the rail engine is underway, the device records engine performance on a smart card, and the data is output as a report using a notebook computer.
Diesel rail-engine function measuring device
A comprehensive tester for use in checking the functions of diesel rail engines at rail yards. The testing is carried out without the vehicle being in motion.
