(the “Company”) promotes the protection of personal information by establishing a Personal Information Protection Policy as follows, creating a mechanism for protecting personal information, and ensuring that all employees are aware of the significance of, and involved in, the protection of personal information.

１．Management of Personal Information

The Company will manage personal information rigorously, implementing security measures and other necessary measures including the maintenance of security systems, the establishment of systems for management, and thorough training of employees, etc. in order to ensure that our customers’ personal information is accurate and up-to-date at all times, and to prevent any unauthorized access to, or loss, destruction, falsification, or leaks of personal information.

２．Purpose of Use of Personal Information

The personal information entrusted to us by our customers shall be used for methods of communication, such as sending emails and materials, in order to provide information from the Company about its business or its recruitment, or to provide answers to questions that we have received.

３．Prohibition of Disclosure/Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Company shall manage the personal information entrusted to us by our customers appropriately, and shall not disclose personal information to a third party except when any of the following applies:

• With the customer’s consent;
• When disclosure is made to a vendor to whom the Company outsources its business in order to provide a service requested by the customer;
• When disclosure is required due to law.

４．Security Measures for Personal Information

The Company has taken all possible safety measures to safeguard the accuracy and safety of personal information.

５．Confirmation by the Subject of the Information

If a customer wishes to confirm, revise, or delete their personal information, we will accommodate such requests after confirming that the request came from the same individual as the customer whose information is subject to the request.

６．Compliance with Laws, Regulations, and Standards, and Review

The Company complies with all Japanese laws and regulations and other standards that apply in relation to the personal information in its possession, and will review and update this Policy when necessary.
